How much do you charge for your services?

Our services are complimentary to you. Travel suppliers already build advisor compensation into their pricing, so whether you use an advisor or not, the cost is the same.

If you don’t use an advisor, you’re simply missing out on personalized support.

How does working with a travel advisor work?

Before, during, and after travel, you have a dedicated advisor handling questions, changes, and logistics so you can focus on enjoying the experience.

I like to plan my own trips and still want to be part of the process.  Does that work?

Absolutely. Many clients enjoy being involved in the planning process, and that collaboration is welcome.

You can be as hands-on or as hands-off as you’d like. Some travelers prefer to research and share ideas, while others prefer to delegate the details entirely. We simply meet you where you are.

Think of us as your professional sounding board, strategist, and logistical partner — ensuring every detail is cohesive, confirmed, and seamlessly executed.

Why work with a travel advisor instead of booking through a large online retailer?

Large retailers and wholesalers can offer packaged pricing, but they don’t provide personalized guidance or ongoing advocacy.

When you work with Memories You’ll Make, you have a dedicated advisor who understands your preferences, communicates directly with suppliers on your behalf, and manages the details from start to finish.

Can you book stand-alone flights?

We specialize in full vacation packages and custom travel planning, which allows us to provide the highest level of service and support. For that reason, we do not book stand-alone airfare.

When flights are part of a larger trip, we’re able to coordinate everything seamlessly and advocate for you if changes arise.

Is travel protection important?

Travel protection is highly recommended. While we all hope everything goes smoothly, unexpected situations can arise before or during travel.

Protection can provide coverage for things like last-minute cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen disruptions. It adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind for your investment.
