How much do you charge for your services?

Our services are FREE to you.  Every travel company (e.g. Expedia, Disney, Universal, cruise lines) already builds in fees to every trip.  If you do not use an agent you are paying for a service you don’t use.

How does using a travel planner work?

At Memories You'll Make, we guide you through every step of your travel planning journey. We'll start by asking questions to understand what matters most to you for your trip, gathering detailed information to help shape your experience. A key part of this process is establishing a comfortable budget, which allows us to provide you with accurate quotes that align with your preferences.

Once we present you with tailored options, we encourage your feedback so we can finalize the perfect vacation for you. After booking your trip with the required deposit, the real fun begins! We can assist you with booking excursions, transfers, dining, spa appointments, rental cars, pre- and post-cruise hotels, and even special surprises for your family.

Think of us as your personal travel concierge—we handle payments, address your questions, and make any necessary changes, all without you having to spend hours on hold. Your seamless travel experience is our priority!

I like to plan my own trips and still want to be part of the process.  Does that work?

Of course! You can still be involved in as much of the planning that you like.  We can just be a resource to bounce ideas off of and you are still helping a small business.

Why can’t I just book with Costco, Cheap Caribbean or another wholesaler?

​While you may find some savings at bulk retailers, you won't receive the same level of personalized customer service. Each time you reach out, you'll likely speak to a different representative, and they won’t conduct any research or legwork on your behalf. Essentially, you’ll be navigating the process on your own.

Can you book stand alone flights?

No, we cannnot not book flights alone. We are only able to book flights that are part of a package deal. 

Is travel protection important?

Yes.  Travel protection is highly recommended. Unfortunately, issues come up before and during travel and having an extra layer of protection in the event of last minute cancellation, trip delay or travel emergency sets your mind at ease.  Trips are an expensive investment you need to protect.
